VPR College of Education started and managed by Kamalapuram Higher Education Committee in the Kamalapuram town. Sri.M.V.Ramana Reddy garu former Member of Legislative Assembly, famous Lawyer and Doctor and Great Poet of Andhra Pradesh were the founder. The College has its own land of 1 acres with permanent building with R.C.C roof containing 15036 Sq.ft of built –up area. The College has a pleasant environment, grass ground facilities with green trees and good academic atmosphere.VPR College of Education is one of the senior most and best colleges of Education in Rayalaseema Region established in 2002-2003.It has reputation for maintaining academic standards and values.
